Training Options
Growth begins when you step outside your comfort zone. Public speaking is one of the most feared activities among people. We offer a variety of resources to help individuals become more confident in presenting. Our options include one-on-one sessions, a two-day course, and one-hour tool kit talk, all designed to provide techniques that not only improve your presentation skills but also teach you how to effectively engage your audience.
One Hour Talk
(Whole Office)
A brief presentation that provides a toolkit of techniques for preparing and delivering effective presentations. Whether your team presents regularly or it’s a new endeavor, this will leave you with clear steps to follow to succeed.
Presentation Training
(2 Day Course)
Join us for an intensive two-day course held at your office. Through a series of engaging exercises, we will identify everything needed to deliver an unforgettable presentation. Our focus will include storytelling, playback, handling nerves, emphasizing key points, making connections, breaking bad habits, and commanding the room.
One-to-One Sessions
(Presenting or Confidence Coaching)
We can focus on a specific presentation or have one-on-one confidence coaching sessions. These 50-minute sessions help individuals identify their limiting beliefs and provide a safe space for clients to explore what they want, what they need, and how to achieve their goals. Our aim is to help individuals become highly confident and motivated people with a clear plan of action.

Confidence Coaching
Confidence coaching enables individuals to gain a fresh perspective on their lives and builds the confidence needed to pursue happiness. It fosters positive change and aids in breaking down destructive patterns. While single sessions can be helpful, they are typically more effective when taken in blocks.
